Washer Repair
Top-loaders, front-loaders, HE stackables — we service every washer configuration with balancing, drain, motor, and control-board work.

What we see on this line
- Won’t drain or spin out
- Walks across the floor mid-cycle
- Leaks from the door or base
- Door lock fault / error code on start
- Drum bearing roar, especially on spin
- Control board dead or firmware fault
If your symptom isn’t on this list, call anyway — these are just the patterns we see most often on washer repair calls across the Bay Area.
How the diagnosis works
- Arrival window. A two-hour window chosen at booking — we text 30 minutes out with the technician’s name and van number.
- Symptom walkthrough. Five minutes on the phone or at the door to confirm what we’ve been told and narrow the likely fault.
- Instrument check. Pressure gauge, multimeter, thermocouple, manufacturer diagnostic mode — whatever the platform needs. No guessing.
- Written quote. Part numbers, labor hours, total. Signed before any billable work starts.
- Repair. Completed same-visit in over 90% of calls. Parts sourced overnight for the rest.
What it typically costs
Front-load repairs typically run $190–$460. Bearing rebuilds on LG, Samsung, and Whirlpool front-loaders are our most common deeper job — quoted up front so you can decide if the machine is worth it.
Miele W1 and Bosch 500/800 series: we carry door seals, pressure sensors, and drain pumps on the van — most repairs complete in one visit.
