Why we opened the line
Kai Korobkin founded Service Line Appliance Repair in 2011 after a decade on the warranty circuit — the brand-authorized repair world where every technician is trained, every part is traceable, and every job is documented. The trouble was the pace: quick fixes, canned answers, and customers left in the dark about what broke and why.
Service Line Appliance Repair was built as the opposite. A single line of communication from the moment you call to the moment we close the ticket. Factory training on every platform we touch. Real diagnoses, in writing, before any billable work starts.
The crew
Nine technicians, dispatched from a Sherman Oaks shop. Every technician on our roster trains on the specific brands they service — Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, Thermador, Bosch, Viking, LG, Samsung — and we match the van to the call. You do not get a generalist who hopes the fix is obvious. You get someone who has rebuilt a compressor deck, aligned a Miele door seal, or torn apart a Thermador Star burner dozens of times.
