Hours: Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. After-hours calls route to voicemail and are returned first thing the next morning.
Before you call
It speeds things up if you have:
- The brand and model number of the appliance (usually on a sticker inside the door, behind the kick plate, or on the back panel)
- A quick description of the symptom — noises, leaks, error codes, what the unit does or doesn’t do
- The neighborhood or ZIP you’re in, so we can match the nearest technician
Coverage
All of the San Fernando Valley from Calabasas to Burbank, the Conejo Valley (Agoura Hills, Simi Valley), Santa Clarita, the Foothills (Pasadena, La Cañada Flintridge, Glendale), and the South Bay (Torrance). If you’re outside that ring, call anyway — we will often extend for larger or specialty jobs.
Pricing
- Diagnostic: $79, waived with any completed repair
- Repairs: quoted in writing before any work begins
- Warranty: 12 months parts and labor on every repair
